Dvd audio extractor coupon2/18/2024 Repeat as necessary until no clipping errors appear. If you see clipping in the Console log, reduce the PCM Volume of the conversion process by 1dB, and proceed again. Using foobar's View->Console window to monitor the process you can see in real time (or afterwards) if there has been any clipping. View attachment 58959įor example, suppose you start at the maximum amplification, +6 PCM Volume, on the hunch that a 0dB PCM Volume will peak at -6dB. Check 'Log overloads' to detect clipping during the conversion. As you see you can also adjust the LFE separately (this is an interesting option because SACD LFE mastering can be inconsistent from disc to disc, and the way an AVR treats PCM LFE is not necessarily the way it treats DSD LFE.it is a complex subject.). You can up the level in +1dB increments up to +6dB. This typically results in a peak level that is 'quieter' than the corresponding CD, by as much as -6dB. The default 'PCM Volume' for conversion in 0dB (i.e., no change in level). With foobar (plus DSD plugin) you can perform and monitor conversion of SACD ISO files to PCM. It's useful if you would rather keep the file as a bitstream, and let a downstream AVR decode it, while still allowing metadata (tags) to be added to it for display in player software.Īlso foobar2000, with the right plugins, can do several of the things in the list up there, with a graphical interface, like converting between lossless formats, and DSD ISO to either DSD or PCM files (or both), see below. The second option is doable using 'S/PDIF to WAV' in free Audiomuxer software. I wouldn't recommend Protools anymore even to my worst enemy.ĭts (or ac3) to 'flac' can mean two thingsĭts->decode to PCM(wav)->flac (lossless compression + tagging)ĭts-> put undecoded data in wav wrapper-> flac (this doesn't shrink the file size, it simply allows tagging) It's actually affordable but it's also very comprehensive and might have a learning curve depending on your experience. (The normalize and render to 24 bit parts.) Audacity is free and covers simple basics. You need a DAW app to work with audio files. But for the other case, you'll clip those peaks if you go straight to 24 bit fixed! The floating point format preserves over zero data. Reason: The dsd to pcm transcode can result in peaks in the pcm file anywhere from -6db to +6db.įor the -6db case, you'll only lose one bit of precision (ie make a 23 bit file) and it will just be a little quieter. This is critical to use and keep here! You can convert the final 24 bit renders to lower sample rate if you wish with minimal or no discernible damage as expected at the end. Normalize the album as a whole to -0.01dbfs.Ĩ8.2k is the target sample rate for the 32:1 decimation. If you do the dsd to pcm in two steps, you can get a virtually lossless transcode.ĭsd to 32 bit floating point 88.2k wav with 32:1 decimation in XLD (88.2k is the target sample rate) Sonar iso2dsd - convert dsd iso to dsd files (Then use XLD to convert to PCM) Includes the 32:1 decimation transcode for DSD to PCM XLD - Convert between all lossless formats. dts (Don't use to convert dts to flac! Old codecs.)įfmpeg - dts to flac, dts2496 to flac fully decoded (And a TON of other conversions, muxing, etc!) But you have full access to the required software and without any of the Windows workarounds.ĭVD Audio Extractor - DVDA to flac, DVDV to. Bottom bouncer drink2/18/2024 Drum are usually near walleyes is seems, if you catch or see northerns then the walleye have left the area. I like trolling 10-13' of water, they are shallower if the water is choppy (choppy but safe), they like wind blown points, and they usually follow their usual food fish in the lake. They love sandy points that run shallow but have drop offs on either side, trenches similar to a road ditch if you can find one underwater. Eerie Dearies work well to (weight forward inline harness), when vertical fishing twister tailed jigs work wonders. Worm harness works well when the fish are tight lipped and you need to slow it down to maybe 0.5-1.5 mph, when pulling crankbaits I pull 2.0-2.5 mph. Crankbaits work well (Flicker Shads are one of my favorites) that dive to around 11`. Can be caught at anytime but are predominately a low light or night feeder. When feeding they hang out on or near drop offs with a shallow plain nearby, they love rocks and boulders, just outside weedlines or in sparsely weedy areas. Now that you know how to rig a bottom bouncer for trout, get out there and give it a try! With a little practice and patience, you’ll be reeling in those trout in no time.Respect the person, the fish, the water, and the land. Be patient! Trout can be finicky and may take some time to bite.Pay attention to water temperature and weather conditions, as these can affect where trout are located in a body of water.Experiment with different baits or lures until you find what works best for the trout in your area. You can adjust the depth of your presentation by adjusting how much line you let out. Slowly retrieve your line, making sure the bait or lure stays above the bottom bouncer. Lower the bottom bouncer into the water, allowing it to sink to the bottom. Tie on your preferred bait or lure onto the end of your line. This will depend on how deep you want your bait or lure to be presented. Step 3:Īdd a sinker onto your line if necessary. Step 2:Īttach the bottom bouncer onto the other end of the swivel. Make sure it’s secure and won’t come undone. Start by tying your fishing line onto the swivel.

Paypal fees increase2/18/2024 With the new changes, 2.9% plus 30p is what you will be paying from now on if you sell on eBay, and it might or might not be what you will pay on your website – depending on which PayPal payment option you have implemented. Tier 4: £200,000.01 or more 1.3% + Fixed Fee (£0.25*)ĭo these PayPal fees apply to all sales platforms? PayPal has emailed a couple of users informing them about the tiered rates, which look like the following:Īggregate monetary amount of payments received in your PayPal Account in the previous calendar month Merchants who use PayPal through Website Payments Pro and Virtual Terminal will pay a currency conversion spread of 3%. The spread will be #% for all other transactions which involve PayPal currency conversion. PayPal has also made a general change to their currency conversion rates, meaning that starting from the 3 rd of September, the currency conversion spread will rise to 3.75% for transactions that involve a PayPal currency conversion when paying for goods or services or sending money. If your selling prices are very low, you should consider switching to the PayPal Micropayments plant, which has a 5% rate + 5p fixed fee per transaction. This means that you can come out with a loss of 30p per refund. These new fees will negatively impact smaller merchants with very low average selling prices, as the increase from 20p to 30p would be greater proportion of the selling price than the 2.9% fee.Īlso, bear in mind that if you refund a Commercial Transaction payment, PayPal will keep that 30p fixed fee portion. If you own a small business, you will now have to pay 2.9% plus 30p fixed fee per transaction. Starting from the 19 th of August, instead of paying 3.4% plus 20p per transaction with lower Merchant rates for sellers turning over more than £1.500 per month, PayPal introduced new flat rates with Tiered Rates available only for merchants with a greater turnover than £20.000 per month. Last month, PayPal fees have changed in the UK. The end of Merchant Discounts and the increase of PayPal fees in the UK Say Goodbye to Merchant Discounts and say Hello to PayPal Tier Pricing

Never have i ever game for baby shower2/18/2024 I knew I was having a girl so I put my friends into teams of 5 and got them to write one girl name for each letter of the alphabet. Questions like “who liked cockle shells?” things like that.Ģ games my friends enjoyed at mine were letter if the alphabet names. Guess the nursery rhymes was one of the most popular at my baby shower as it was cross generational. 1 was you were given a book and paper and pen, you had to put the book and paper on your forehead and draw a picture of a baby without seeing it, seriously some of the drawings were hilarious arms and legs all over the show, and another one was trying to get a dummy around the table with a straw in each persons mouth and only using the straw to pass it round, no hands, seriously took us ages cause everyone was laughing so hard My friend just recently had a baby shower and I had never laughed so much. Closes sperm to where she placed the egg won a prize, which happened to be my 89 year old grandmother! Was a great game to start the party, got everyone laughing. (Each egg had a number, so we knew whose egg was who) Once everyone arrived my sis in Law was blindfolded and given the egg to put in the uterus. When you arrived you chose an ‘egg’ to place in the uterus. A friend did guest the song and all the titles had “baby” in the titles I enjoyed that one…. Hated the games but my guests enjoyed them, key thing don’t have too many or people get sick of them. One thing my cousin did was get everyone to write a message to the baby and they sealed it up and I think read them all when bub turned 1. This is really unflattering to the mum-to-be when she sees the huge long string about how wide everyone thinks she is. You have a list of essential items, and form into groups and check off if you have them all. Can you give this mum-to-be some inspiration? Rachel says, “On the topic of baby showers, what are your favourite baby shower games to play? What are your least favourite (or the ones that guests don’t really get into?”

Skin tag on dog removal2/18/2024 A consult should also be booked if a lesion your dog has previously had is suddenly getting bigger or becoming infected. It is sensible to consult your veterinarian if the new lesion is persisting for over a week or if it seems to be quickly growing and changing. It could be that it is a small scab or insect sting, which will resolve quickly. If you’ve only just noticed a small lesion and it is not bothering your dog, you may monitor it over a few days. Less often, your vet may discuss sampling or removal of the lump, particularly if they are concerned about cancerous tumors such as melanomas or mast cell tumors. Most of the time, new moles or warts will be something we monitor. Reach out to your vet: A lesion that is not going away after a few days should be examined by a vet. This helps ensure the lesion does not become infected.ģ. Consider a buster collar: If your dog has been licking or chewing at it, it is wise to use a buster collar to prevent this. Take pictures: When a new bump is noticed, it is a good idea to snap a photo, so you can assess if it is growing or changing over the coming days and weeks.Ģ. For older dogs, they may persist and grow slowly over time. For younger dogs, warts usually resolve within a few months. This is because both of these age groups struggle to fight off infections and warts are spread by a virus. We tend to see warts in two dog populations: puppies and seniors. Warts tend to be light pink and can resemble small cauliflowers or brains. Though normally not required, if we do want the cyst removed, this would have to be done by surgically removing the cyst wall. If a cyst is drained or ruptures, it will refill quickly. Cystsĭogs develop all kinds of cysts, some of which are fluid filled and others which contain a thicker substance, that resembles cottage cheese.Ĭanine cysts can appear anywhere on the body and may grow to a substantial size.Learn more about Skin Tags in Dogs with pictures and tips from our veterinarians. Generally, we will monitor skin tags but would not remove them, unless they were becoming a nuisance. They are slow growing and should not bother the dog. They can dangle from the skin and may be dark or a fleshy pink color. We often see them on the face, elbows, armpits and ankles. In older dogs especially, skin tags start to appear. Let’s take a look at some of the more common types of moles or bumps in dogs, with pictures: Cancerous moles on dogs are quite rare, thankfully.Īs mentioned, other types of lesions such as a cyst, skin tag or wart may also be referred to as ‘moles’ by some patients. Uncommonly, a nevus can be cancerous or can transform into a cancer. This is a benign skin growth that is usually small and quite symmetrical. Some owners and vets, however, will use the word mole interchangeably with skin tag or wart. However, we refer to them as ‘nevus’ (singular) or ‘nevi’ (plural). When a new skin lesion resembles a mole, owners will inevitably wonder: do dogs have moles? The answer is yes. When an owner comes to my clinic because they are worried about a new growth or mole on their dog, the question on everyone’s lips is ‘what is it?’. This article was updated on October 16th, 2023
